The following describes the TERMS whereby Trajah offers you its services. By using this site, you accept all terms and conditions set forth below.

These Terms & Conditions of Service for Trajah Services ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between you and Trajah, Inc. By using or accepting the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Terms of this Agreement, do not use Trajah Services. You agree that your use of the services acknowledges that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions. We may amend this agreement at any time and will post a notice letting you know of the changes on our website.

Eligibility: Our service is only available to person who can form a legal binding contract. Trajah is not available for use by minors (under 18) without parental consent. Therefore Trajah is not responsible for any damage done by or to a minor.

Termination of Membership or Listing: Trajah, Inc. reserves the rights to suspend, discontinue or terminate any user's membership or listing at any time and may implement such action immediately without notice. Examples of circumstances that may cause such action include, but are not limited to, breach of this contract, member misconduct, or if we cannot verify or authenticate any or some of the information you provide us.

Intellectual Property: All contents included within this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and design, are the property of Trajah and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

Fees: Fees are subjected to change without notice. However Trajah will notify existing users in advance of any fee changes that would affect their current listings. Credits are considered and issued on an individual basis, depending on circumstances. If you feel you deserve a credit, please notify our Webmaster. Trajah reserves the rights to place third party advertisements on any page within our site. Members are given the right to use certain features which do not guarantee exclusive rights to a web page on Trajah.

General:Trajah is only a service we provide, Since Trajah is not involved in actual transaction between the buyer and seller/trader, we cannot control whether the seller/trader will actually sell/trade or the buyer/trader will actually consummate the transaction. Therefore, by using Trajah's site and services, you release Trajah from any and all damages that may result from such use. By using this site, you assume the risks involved with trading, selling or buying online, which can be caused by foreign nationals, minors and false identities, non performance by either party to the transaction and other problems that may arise.

Privacy Statement: Trajah will not release your personal detail to any third party unless requires do so by law. However, Trajah cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use or misuse of your information by hackers or any other means. Your Trajah username will be your Trajah identity. Trajah reserves the right to use the information you supply us (which result from successful or unsuccessful transactions) for purpose including, but not limited to, advertising, testimonial and examples.

Ownership of Data: By using Trajah's services and site, to agree to provide accurate information about yourself and all real estate, products or service. By using Trajah's services and site, you grant Trajah the right to use all of this information, including but not limited to the right to display your information anywhere on the Trajah or affiliate websites or any other media Trajah chooses, search the information, and consistent with the privacy statement, repackage and sell it to anyone for any reason.

Ownership and License Grant:  Trajah retains all rights (including intellectual property rights), title and interest in the Trajah web site technology, and all underlying technology and data, including any enhancements and improvements thereto, as a result of providing services hereunder. You must not modify, adapt or hack Trajah.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Trajah.com. Users must agree to not decompile, disassemble, merge, copy, use, disclose, sell or transfer any Trajah source code or structure or sequence of Trajah technology or delete or alter author attributes or copyright notices.Users  must agree to not modify, adapt or hack Trajah.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Trajah.com.

Buyer/Seller/Traders: All transaction within Trajah are at the buyer/seller/trader's discretion and risk, therefore, you release Trajah from all damages that may result from disputes Further, any buyer/seller/trade realizes by using Trajah's site and services that transactions via the internet and items bartered may be subject to state and federal taxes, you agree to abide by all federal and state tax laws.

Items, Services, and information posted on Trajah shall not be:

1.      Fraudulent, counterfeit, illegal, or stolen.

2.      Infringing on anyone's rights.

3.      In violation of any law, state or federal.

4.      Do not upload copyrighted material for which you don't own the rights or have permission from the owner.

Trajah can decide whether products, services, or classifieds listing are acceptable and appropriate for the site and can terminate any listing not consistent with the spirit, belief, or well being of Trajah without notice. Any listing posted in any category including but not limited to listings posted in Trajah classifieds listings can be terminated by Trajah at any time and for any reason in which Trajah feels inappropriate for any Trajah category.

Illegal items may include items that are prohibited by law to own, manufacturer, or sell. Infringing items are items that violate another party's copyright or ownership rights of the items. If you list or buy/sell/trade an infringing or illegal items, you are braking the law. You may be held liable and possibly face criminal charges by local, state, and federal entities and/or the owner of rights to such items.

In addition, there may be some items that potentially create liability for Trajah. Although these items may be legal to sell in your city, state, or country, Trajah can't have them listed on our site. Users are urged to report potentially infringing or illegal items they may see posted on Trajah's site.

If you have a question about the legality of a particular item, please consult the copyright or trademark owners for infringing items, or law enforcement agencies for illegal items before contacting Trajah.

Content: You understand that all postings, messages, text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. More specifically, you are entirely responsible for each individual item ("Item") of Content that you post, email or otherwise make available via the Service. You understand that Trajah does not control, and is not responsible for Content made available through the Service, and that by using the Service, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent, misleading, inaccurate, or otherwise objectionable. Furthermore, the Trajah site and Content available through the Service may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of trajah. Trajah makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Your linking to any other webites is completely at your own risk. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will Trajah be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via Trajah's Service. You acknowledge that Trajah does not pre-screen or approve Content, but that Trajah shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for violating any of the terms or for any other reason.

Feedback: No feedback system is available for on Trajah. Trajah users must use caution in transacting business with other users. Check out a buyer/seller and the item, service or product before moving forward with the transaction. Use the same due diligence you would if buying from a newspaper classified add or other media.

System: Trajah will not be held responsible for any information loss or damage resulting from system failure due to any external or internal devices, acts of nature, or acts of God. User may not use any device that interferes with the proper working of Trajah. User agrees not to disclose a password to a third party and understands that any and all actions taken under your password are your responsibility.

Liability. User agrees that Trajah will not be held liable for any damage of any kind, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential or exemplary damages, resulting or arising from the use or misuse of the Trajah service.

You agree that use of this service is at your risk. This service is provided on an "as is" and an "as available" basis. Trajah makes no guarantees or warranties on products, services, and sale or trade situations whether express or implied. TRAJAH AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Trajah makes no guarantee or warranty that its service will meet user requirement, be error free, secure, uninterrupted or timely.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Trajah from and against any and all claims, losses, damage, liability, action or cause of action (including reasonable attorney's fees) brought against Trajah by a third party and arising from or related to your use of Trajah's site or your membership or your breach of this agreement as a user.

By using any feature/service, or participating in any contest offered by Trajah, you agree to the terms and conditions of Trajah's rules and regulations pertinent to that contest and User's agreement.

Additional Terms

1. You may not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Trajah users.
2. You may not use Trajah.com for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
3. You must not create or submit unwanted email to any Trajah members ("Spam").
4. You may not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
5. You may not, with the use of Trajah.com, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, either State, National or International laws (including but not limited to copyright laws).
6. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name or email address.
7. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
